Details of the Job/Internship

Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is hiring a Director of Legal Operations with over 10 years of experience to join an E-commerce client’s legal team in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and strategic planning for the legal department.
• Lead legal technology initiatives and process improvements.
• Oversee outside counsel engagement, spend tracking, and performance metrics.
• Support team resourcing and shared services initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement.

Eligibility

• Minimum 10 years of experience in legal operations, law firm/business operations.
• Strong understanding of CLOC Core 12 legal ops framework.
• Proven experience in project management and legal technology.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and spend analysis.
• Prior experience in an E-commerce or internet company is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
