Details of the Job/Internship

DPNC Global LLP is hiring for the position of Director - Regulatory with 15 years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Drive business growth through expansion of the Regulatory services portfolio.
• Lead new product development initiatives within the Regulatory division.
• Identify and capture new market opportunities, enhance client offerings.

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Act as a strategic advisor to promoters, CXOs, and senior management on regulatory matters.
• Oversee high-quality delivery of opinions and advisory services in areas such as:
• Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, FDI/ODI regulations
• Transaction structuring for inbound/outbound investments
• Mergers, demergers, schemes of arrangement
• Business entity setup in India and overseas
• Trust formation and governance

NBFC compliances

• Legal and compliance due diligence
• Team Development & Knowledge Building
• Mentor and inspire a team of regulatory professionals to deliver consistent excellence.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.
• Contribute to firm-wide knowledge sharing, training, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Represent the firm at relevant forums, seminars, and conferences.

Eligibility

Qualifications:

• Company Secretary (CS) or CS + LLB
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Regulatory services, preferably from reputed consulting firms, CA firms, law firms, or large corporates.
• Candidates from industry backgrounds must demonstrate strong business development acumen.

• Expertise in regulatory advisory and compliance services.
• Strong commercial understanding and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and client engagement skills, especially at the leadership level.
• Proven ability to grow and manage high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with an aptitude for networking and relationship building.
• Comfort with using digital tools and platforms to promote thought leadership and business visibility.

Salary/Stipend
