Details of the Job/Internship
Eka Software Solutions is hiring a Director/Sr. Director - Legal with 10–12 years of experience in corporate legal, contracts, and compliance to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Handle SaaS agreements, consultancy agreements, HR/vendor service contracts, lease deeds, NDAs, etc.
- Maintain legal SharePoint and manage contract execution via tools like DocuSign.
- Act as the legal SPOC and liaise with external counsel.
- Provide legal advice on regulatory matters including IP, labour law, and contract compliance.
- Conduct legal research and ensure adherence to changing laws and regulations.
- Maintain MIS for compliance and governance matters.
- Ensure secretarial compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA, and RBI regulations.
Eligibility
- LLB from a reputed law college.
- 10–12 years of experience in corporate law, contract drafting, compliance, and legal advisory.
- Prior experience with SaaS or enterprise-level companies is essential.
- Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
