Emerge Legal is a law firm specialising in contract management, drafting, vetting, redlining, and negotiations. The firm provides end-to-end contract lifecycle management services. Emerge Legal advises on international trade agreements and cross-border transactions.

Details of the Job/Internship

Emerge Legal is engaging a Director – Strategic Legal Alliances to lead institutional collaborations across domestic and international jurisdictions.

Role and Responsibilities

Establish and manage strategic partnerships with law firms and advisory organisations in India and overseas.
Facilitate inbound and outbound referrals across jurisdictions.
Enable co-counselling and joint execution of multi-jurisdictional mandates.
Support cross-border regulatory, transactional, and litigation assignments.
Identify collaboration opportunities for advisory and compliance engagements.
Represent the firm in institutional alliances and legal networks.
Strengthen delivery capabilities through alliance-led execution support.

Eligibility

Qualified legal professional or consultant with relevant post-qualification experience.
Prior association with a law firm or consulting or advisory firm is preferred.
An established professional network within the legal or consulting ecosystem.
Experience in cross-border mandates or institutional collaborations is desirable.
