Details of the Job/Internship

Aierac Inc. is hiring for the position of Director to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs.
• Ensure all contracts are compliant with applicable laws and internal company standards.
• Monitor contract performance and maintain organized documentation and tracking systems.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract risks, obligations, and interpretation of terms.
• Work closely with the legal, finance, and operations teams to support business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract management processes and reduce operational risk.

Eligibility

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex contract terms.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and lifecycle management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal principles and commercial contract standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in the web development or digital services industry is a strong plus.

Salary/Stipend
