Details of the Job/Internship
Accordion India is hiring a Director – Legal with 5–8 years of experience to join their Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including vendor and client agreements, NDAs, and service contracts.
- Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Assist in developing standard contract templates.
- Provide legal support and advice to business teams.
- Monitor legal compliance across jurisdictions and conduct internal audits.
- Assist in developing compliance programs and policies.
- Conduct legal research and provide risk-based legal advice.
- Support corporate governance, dispute resolution, and litigation.
- Maintain contract databases and handle general legal administrative tasks.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent degree.
- 5–8 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of contract law and commercial agreements.
