Details of the Job/Internship
Khodeir & Partners (KP) is hiring for the position of Dispute Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Maadi, Cairo.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal counsel on litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents with clarity, precision, and commercial acumen.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and client advisories.
- Represent clients before Egyptian courts, arbitration tribunals, and other legal bodies.
- Work closely with senior lawyers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful legal outcomes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 3–5 years of solid experience in dispute resolution at a reputable law firm.
- Strong command of Egyptian litigation and arbitration procedures; familiarity with international frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of delivering commercially sound legal advice.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Skilled in advocacy, negotiation, and courtroom representation.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Active membership with the Egyptian Bar Association.
- Registered as a practicing lawyer with the Egyptian Tax Authority.
