Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring for the position of Dispute/Litigation Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• As an Associate in our Disputes team, you will be responsible for:
• Representing and advising clients across civil, commercial, and regulatory disputes
• Drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and other court documents
• Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
• Attending case discussions and assisting in hearings and court proceedings
• Coordinating with senior counsel and clients as required
• Proficiency in reading and speaking Kannada will be considered an added advantage.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
• 1–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in disputes and litigation.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Salary/Stipend
