Details of the Job/Internship

Rooter is hiring a Dispute Manager / Law Enforcement Coordinator to manage disputes, fraud, and chargebacks end-to-end, liaise with law enforcement agencies, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to reduce fraud exposure.

Role and Responsibilities

• Liaise with Cybercell and other law enforcement agencies on active cases.
• Manage disputes, fraud, and chargebacks from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely, compliant responses.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Analyze cases to identify gaps and recommend process improvements to minimize fraud exposure.

Eligibility

• 5–6 years of experience in Cybercell or other law enforcement agencies.
• Proven experience handling active cases, disputes, fraud, and chargebacks end-to-end.
• Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
