Details of the Job/Internship

Sanan.Law is hiring a Disputes Associate with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience to join its disputes practice in New Delhi. The role involves working across commercial disputes, commercial and treaty arbitrations, writ and appellate litigation, tax matters including GST and customs, corporate advisory, and international trade law.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle commercial disputes and litigation matters.
• Assist in commercial and treaty arbitration proceedings.
• Work on writ and appellate litigation.
• Support matters relating to tax, including GST and customs.
• Assist in corporate advisory and international trade law matters.

Eligibility

2–4 years of post-qualification experience in disputes practice.
