ATB Legal Consultancy caters primarily to clients in the Middle East and India with a particular focus on their cross-border legal requirements. The Firm has considerable years of legal practice to its credit, and has been exposed to legal systems across multiple jurisdictions. The firm works in association with reputed Emirati Law firms in the UAE to cater to mainland litigation requirements of its clients. ATB legal is a DIFC part I & II qualified firm. ATB legal is also a qualified DIFC Wills Draftsmen.

Details of the Job/Internship

They are looking for dispute lawyers with 4-7 years of experience in litigation or arbitration to work on global and UAE disputes. This is a full-time on-site role for a Disputes Lawyer located in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

The dispute lawyer will be responsible for handling day-to-day litigation tasks, providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and drafting legal documents. 

Eligibility

• Total experience should not be more than 7 years, with a minimum of 4 years litigation experience.
• Law degree and bar admission in India.
• Knowledge of Middle East and Indian legal systems.
• Experience in handling cross-border disputes.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Litigation experience and Legal Research skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary/Stipend
