Details of the Job/Internship

Singhania and Co. is hiring a Disputes Lawyer with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience to join its Bengaluru office. The candidate must have experience handling matters before all courts in Bengaluru, with expertise across commercial, civil, and arbitration matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients before trial and appellate courts in Bengaluru, including High Court, City Civil Court, District Courts, and Tribunals.
• Draft pleadings, written submissions, and opinions.
• Provide legal strategy and advice in complex disputes.
• Engage in client advisory, case preparation, and courtroom advocacy.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a reputable law school.
• 5–7 years of demonstrated experience in disputes and litigation.
• Strong understanding of procedural and substantive law.
• Excellent drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills.
