Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate for its Disputes practice to join the Mumbai office. The role involves working on dispute resolution and arbitration matters before courts and arbitral tribunals, and supporting a wide range of commercial litigation and dispute-related work.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle matters relating to dispute resolution and arbitration.
• Assist in commercial litigation across various sectors.
• Appear before courts and arbitral tribunals as part of dispute proceedings.
• Support work related to competition and anti-trust issues, white-collar crimes, restructuring and insolvency, as applicable.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Post-qualification experience of 1 to 3 years.
• Experience or exposure in dispute resolution and arbitration.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
