Trilegal is hiring an Associate for its Disputes & Arbitration Practice in Mumbai. The role involves handling commercial litigation, insolvency, arbitration, regulatory matters, and case strategy.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle matters relating to commercial litigation, insolvency, and arbitration.
• Assist in case strategy and risk management.
• Work on regulatory and investigation matters.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to deliver high-quality legal solutions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in disputes and arbitration.
• Strong understanding of commercial litigation, insolvency, and arbitration.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage case strategy and risk assessment effectively.

Salary/Stipend
