Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring a Disputes Lawyer with experience of 3–6 years PQE to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling high-stakes commercial disputes, including cross-border matters.
• Support the development of comprehensive dispute resolution strategies for pre-litigation and arbitration stages.
• Represent and assist in legal proceedings before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and DRT.
• Work on institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations governed by SIAC, ICC, and LCIA rules.
• Conduct advanced legal research and draft complex pleadings and advisory notes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide specialized legal support on intricate issues.
• Contribute to client advisory work by providing actionable legal intelligence.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer with 3–6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Dispute Resolution.
• Proven exposure to commercial litigation and both domestic and international arbitration.
• Practical experience appearing before major courts and tribunals in India.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills tailored for complex legal matters.
• Ability to demonstrate a deep commercial understanding of legal challenges.
• High level of motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
