Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring for the position of Disputes/Litigation Lawyer with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in legal proceedings and assist with dispute resolution.
• Provide legal advice and strategic input on litigation matters.
• Conduct detailed legal research and case analysis.
• Draft pleadings, notices, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Participate in case discussions and assist in court preparations.
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and other legal forums as required.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with 2–3 years of focused experience in litigation/disputes practice.
• Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage case files independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Kannada (spoken and reading) is a strong advantage.

Salary/Stipend
