Details of the Job/Internship
Rai & Rai Partners is hiring an Associate with experience of 2 years to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide professional legal representation, advice, and services to the firm's clients.
- Participate actively in case discussions and the development of litigation strategies.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support ongoing disputes and advisory matters.
- Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, and applications.
- Assist in comprehensive case preparation and manage daily court proceedings.
- Collaborate with the litigation team to ensure high standards of legal delivery.
- Stay updated on judicial precedents and legislative changes relevant to the firm's practice.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation or dispute resolution.
- Strong skills in legal research and drafting.
- Demonstrated courtroom advocacy skills and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a detail-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi for a full-time, on-site role.
