KAnalysis is hiring a full-time IP Docketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in EP Docketing & Prosecution to join their office in Sultanpur, New Delhi. The candidate will handle European Patent-related docketing tasks and support the legal team with timely and compliant prosecution work.
Role and Responsibilities
1–2 years of experience in IP docketing with a focus on European patents.
Eligibility
- Perform EP docketing tasks, including entering and managing deadlines.
- Track prosecution timelines for timely filings and responses.
- Process EPO communications such as search and examination reports.
- Coordinate with attorneys and international associates.
- Stay updated on EPO procedural changes and ensure compliance.
