Danaher Corporation is hiring a Docketing Specialist to join their office in Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform patent and trademark activities including docketing and maintenance at various levels of complexity.
- Conduct detailed exclusivity analysis to safeguard intellectual property assets.
- Interact with business units and general legal teams to advise on ongoing patent and trademark activities.
- Provide expert advice on product exclusivity and conduct freedom to operate counseling.
- Support the legal team in architecting solutions that address complex technological and scientific challenges.
- Ensure all intellectual property documentation and deadlines are managed accurately within the docketing system.
Eligibility
- Juris Doctor degree (or local country equivalent such as an LL.B.).
- Admittance to a local legal body (e.g., State Bar Council or country bar).
- Alternatively, a paralegal certificate from a recognized institution.
- Ability to handle complex legal tasks and provide strategic advisory services
