Details of the Job/Internship
Legarithm is hiring a Document Review – Legal professional with 1–3 years of experience to join their team on a contractual basis in Malad, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and code legal documents using e-discovery tools such as Relativity, Everlaw, or DISCO.
- Tag documents for relevance, responsiveness, privilege, and confidentiality.
- Follow project-specific protocols and review instructions accurately.
- Identify key documents and summarize critical legal findings when required.
- Collaborate with team leads for quality control and escalations.
- Maintain standards for accuracy, productivity, and confidentiality.
- Assist with second-level review or privilege log creation as assigned.
- Participate in training sessions and protocol updates.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or equivalent legal degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in document review or litigation support.
- Familiarity with U.S., U.K., or Indian legal systems based on project requirements.
- Experience with e-discovery tools is essential.
- Strong legal comprehension, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or in teams under tight deadlines.
- Fresh law graduates may also apply.
