Details of the Job/Internship

Epiq is hiring a Document Review Services Team Lead with experience of at least 5 years to join their office in Hyderabad, Telangana. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage document review projects for relevance, privilege, and technical issues.
• Design and implement document review workflows tailored to specific client needs.
• Supervise a team of 10–20 reviewers and provide regular project status updates and progress reports.
• Create, run, validate, and optimize complex search queries to ensure thorough data analysis.
• Conduct quality control (QC) reviews and manage escalation queries for client consideration.
• Support the preparation of comprehensive reports, exhibits, and tables based on review findings.
• Identify and escalate project-related issues and act as the initial point of contact for the team.
• Assist in preparing reports for key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LLB); an LLM is preferred but not required.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in document review with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Relativity and Microsoft Office applications.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-discovery, litigation support, and the U.S. judicial system.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills with high reading comprehension.
