Details of the Job/Internship
Epiq is hiring a Document Services Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. The role involves creating, reviewing, editing, and formatting documents before they are sent to clients, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using Microsoft Office and PDF tools.
- Prepare and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, and charts.
- Handle time-sensitive and confidential materials efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot document inconsistencies.
- Work with PDF tools such as Adobe, Kofax, and ABBYY.
- Ensure document accuracy through spell check, grammar check, and formatting.
- Communicate professionally with customers via email.
Eligibility
- Any bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal document production environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of PDF software such as Adobe, Kofax, or ABBYY is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
