Details of the Job/Internship
Epiq is hiring a Document Services Specialist with 1+ year of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. The role involves performing document control by creating, reviewing, and editing documents before they are sent to clients.
Role and Responsibilities
- Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using Microsoft Office and PDF tools.
- Prepare and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, and charts.
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive materials efficiently.
- Troubleshoot document inconsistencies and perform diagnostic activities.
- Use spell check, grammar check, and formatting tools to ensure document accuracy.
- Communicate professionally with clients via email.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal document production environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of PDF software such as Adobe, Kofax, or ABBYY preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments.
- Capacity to work efficiently under pressure and deliver high-quality results.
