Details of the Job/Internship
Epiq is hiring a Document Services Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal document production environment to join its office in Hyderabad. The role involves document control, including creating, reviewing, editing, and converting documents before they are sent to clients.
Role and Responsibilities
- Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using MS Office and PDF editing tools.
- Prepare and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, and charts.
- Handle time-sensitive and confidential materials efficiently.
- Perform troubleshooting for document inconsistencies.
- Work with PDFs using Adobe, Kofax, and ABBYY software.
- Ensure document consistency and accuracy using spell check, grammar check, and Excel formatting.
- Communicate professionally with customers via email.
Eligibility
- Any bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal document production.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of PDF software such as Adobe, Kofax, or ABBYY is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
