Inventiva is hiring a Drafting Lawyer to join their office online.
They are seeking a highly skilled Drafting Lawyer to join their law firm on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting various legal documents across multiple legal domains with precision, adherence to Supreme Court guidelines, and thorough legal research.
Eligibility
- Educational Background: 5-year LLB & LLM graduate from a Tier-1 law college.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English & Hindi (spoken & written).
- Legal Expertise: Strong legal research and drafting skills, with the ability to draft high-quality legal documents.
- Supreme Court Compliance: Must be able to strictly follow the guidelines and standards set by the Supreme Court of India.
- Typing Speed: Fast and accurate legal drafting & typing skills
- Location: Must be based in Delhi.
- Work-from-Home Readiness: Must have a high-performance laptop, fast broadband internet, and reliable power backup.
