Details of the Job/Internship

OnGrid is hiring for the position of Due Diligence Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough due diligence investigations across diverse industries and geographies.
• Analyze legal, financial, and operational data to identify potential risks and red flags.
• Draft clear, concise, and well-structured due diligence reports aligned with client and regulatory expectations.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal quality standards in all deliverables.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments and industry best practices.
• Support the customization of due diligence frameworks tailored to individual client requirements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in due diligence, compliance, risk advisory, or consulting roles.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail, professional discretion, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple engagements under tight deadlines.

Salary/Stipend
