Details of the Job/Internship
LawSikho is hiring a Candidate Engagement Executive (English Communication) to work remotely on a full-time basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage communication with potential candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain job opportunities clearly and answer queries effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates to keep them engaged.
- Update and manage candidate data accurately in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment workflows.
- Share relevant job information and company updates with potential candidates.
Eligibility
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and persuasive communication style.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and phone-based communication tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Prior experience in recruitment, tele-calling, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.
- Basic computer skills for updating records and handling chats.
