Details of the Job/Internship
LiveLaw is hiring an Executive Editor with experience of 4 or more years to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily editorial operations of the LIVELAWBIZ vertical.
- Curate, edit, and publish high-quality corporate legal news and in-depth analysis.
- Lead the newsroom strategy and set the overall content direction for the platform.
- Ensure the absolute accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of all published materials.
- Manage and guide a team of legal reporters to maintain rigorous editorial standards.
- Report on critical developments in M&A, business regulations, compliance, and financial law.
- Drive engagement by identifying emerging trends at the intersection of law and business.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate legal reporting or editing.
- Strong background in reporting on corporate law, business regulations, and financial legal developments.
- Proven editorial leadership and content management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced newsroom environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional command over written English and legal terminology.
