Details of the Job/Internship

Tech Mahindra is hiring for the position of EGRC Associate with 4+ years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. 

• Location: Hyderabad (Hi-Tech City & Bahadurpally).
• Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office (General Shift).
• Domain Expertise: Legal Associates with hands-on experience in LPO/KPO environments, Contract Lifecycle Management, Contract Review, Statement of Work (SOW), and Master Services Agreements (MSA).

Role and Responsibilities

Governance:

• Coordinate monthly Risk/Governance Committee (RGC) meetings involving senior leadership.
• Draft meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders until resolution.
• Support governance reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.

Operational Risk Management:

• Assist in periodic risk reviews and validation of control objectives and standards.
• Collaborate with internal or third-party eGRC tool developers to help customize compliance tools.
• Support preparation and quality control (QC) of monthly risk assessment reports.

Compliance Monitoring:

• Support internal compliance reviews and audits across delivery centers.
• Assist in investigating and documenting compliance breaches or loss events.
• Monitor and help resolve issues related to incident and loss management.

Audit Support:

• Coordinate with delivery teams to gather and provide audit-related data.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely and complete documentation.

Additional Duties:

• Contribute to client presentations and business proposals.
• Act as a point of contact for escalations and assist in prompt resolutions.

Eligibility

• Postgraduate Degree in Law, Finance, or Commerce: LL.B, MBA, M.Com, CS, CA, CWA or relevant PG Diploma.
• Strong foundational understanding of financial services, products, and risk management frameworks.
• Experience Required: 4+ Years.
