Details of the Job/Internship

Deloitte is hiring an Employment Counsel at the Deputy Manager level to join its Legal Team in Bangalore. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Support senior counsels on employment law matters for the firm and its affiliates.
• Review agreements related to hiring different categories of resources.
• Draft and review employment law–related documents and requests.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including talent teams, legal experts, and general counsel.
• Conduct legal research on employment law matters.
• Prepare and circulate monthly employment law update trackers.
• Assist talent teams with notices from labour authorities and employee-related matters.
• Review and advise on talent and HR policies from an employment law perspective.
• Support HR and business teams in employment law compliance reviews and responses.
• Undertake additional legal responsibilities as assigned by the firm.
