Details of the Job/Internship
Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring a lawyer specialising in labour and employment laws to join its Mumbai office. The role involves employment advisory, contract documentation, legal analysis, and counselling on labour laws, including the Labour Codes, along with general corporate matters. The position offers varied and challenging work with remuneration commensurate with experience and skill set.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide employment advisory services to clients.
- Draft and review employment-related contracts and documentation.
- Conduct legal analysis and counsel clients on labour and employment laws, including Labour Codes.
- Assist on general corporate legal matters as required.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of core experience in labour and employment law.
- Experience in employment advisory, contract documentation, and legal analysis.
- Knowledge of labour laws, including the Labour Codes, and general corporate matters.
- Strong academic and professional credentials.
- Excellent analytical, legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
