Wipro is hiring an Employment Law Compliance Risk Leader with experience of 3-5 years to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Conduct regular audits and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on compliance activities, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on employment law compliance, providing guidance and support to various departments.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure the organization adapts accordingly.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in employment law compliance and risk management.
