Wipro is hiring an Employment Law Compliance Risk Leader with experience of 3-5 years to join their team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Conduct regular audits and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on compliance activities, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employment law compliance, providing guidance and support to various departments.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure the organization adapts accordingly.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in employment law compliance and risk management.
