Applied Materials is hiring an Employment Law Counsel with 6–8 years of experience to join their office in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise HR and business leaders on employment-related legal matters.
- Draft and review employment, labor, and HR-related documents.
- Represent the company in labor or employment litigation, arbitration, or disputes.
- Collaborate with external counsel on labor and compliance issues.
- Conduct training sessions on employment law topics.
- Develop and revise policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead and support regional projects and initiatives.
- Stay informed on employment law developments in India.
- Act as a mentor within the legal organization.
Eligibility
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.M. / LL.B.) from a reputed Indian institution.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in multinational or top-tier Indian law firms, or in-house. roles within high-tech multinationals.
- Strong expertise in Indian employment laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Salary/Stipend
