Details of the Job/Internship
Trilegal is hiring a Senior Associate – Labour and Employment Law with 5–7 years of experience in employment law practice to join its Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on employee compensation, benefits, remuneration policies, and compliance with social security laws.
- Assist in senior management hiring and exits, workforce reorganisations, and closures of businesses.
- Handle employment contracts, engagement models, employee transfers, separation documentation, and restrictive covenants.
- Draft employee handbooks and policies, conduct workplace training, and advise on disciplinary matters.
- Represent clients in trade union disputes, settlements, and before provident fund and other regulatory authorities.
- Support with labour audits, disciplinary inquiries, and white-collar employee investigations.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 5–7 years of experience in employment law practice.
