Trilegal is hiring for the position of Employment Lawyer with 3-6 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- mployee compensation and benefits structuring.
- Compliance with social security, wage & hour, and leave laws.
- Senior management hiring, exits & transition management.
- Workforce restructuring, downsizing, and business closures.
- Employment due diligence & employee transfers in M&A.
- Drafting and vetting of employment contracts and engagement models.
- Contract labour and contingent workforce arrangements.
- Restrictive covenants and post-employment obligations.
- Development of employee handbooks, codes of conduct, and HR policies.
- Conducting workplace trainings, POSH compliance, and disciplinary proceedings.
- Trade union negotiations, settlements & representation before labour authorities.
- Immigration and global mobility compliance.
- Labour law audits and white-collar investigations.
Eligibility
- Legal professionals with 3 to 6 years of specialized experience in employment and labour law.
- Strong drafting, advisory, and litigation skills in employment-related matters.
- Ability to work independently with clients and manage sensitive employment issues.
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance and policy advisory.
