Details of the Job/Internship
Trilegal is hiring an Associate with 3–6 years of experience in Employment Law Practice in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on employee compensation, benefits, and remuneration policies.
- Ensure compliance with social security laws, wage regulations, and leave entitlements.
- Handle senior management hiring, exits, and workforce reorganisations.
- Draft employment contracts, engagement models, and separation documentation.
- Assist with trade union disputes, disciplinary inquiries, and statutory workplace training.
- Conduct labour audits and support white-collar employee investigations.
- Represent clients before provident fund and other regulatory authorities.
- Advise on immigration, restrictive covenants, employee handbooks, and policies.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 3–6 years of experience in Employment Law Practice.
