Details of the Job/Internship
BlackRock seeks an experienced Employment Lawyer with 12+ years in employment law to manage contentious and non-contentious labor matters across India with support to APAC.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on employee relations (investigations, grievances, discipline, separation).
- Support HR in regulatory compliance including POSH, compensation, benefits.
- Provide legal input on M&A, outsourcing, and office setup.
- Draft and review contracts, policies, handbooks, termination letters.
- Coordinate employment litigation and risk management.
- Train stakeholders on employment law topics and collaborate globally.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer in India with 12+ years of experience in employment law.
- Deep knowledge of labor laws, strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- In-house experience in multinational companies/financial institutions preferred.
