Details of the Job/Internship

SKV Law Offices is hiring an Energy & Infrastructure Lawyer with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience to join its Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

Provide advisory services on energy regulatory matters.
Handle disputes and litigation in the energy sector.
Appear before CERC, SERCs, APTEL, and courts.
Support regulatory and compliance-related legal work for energy projects.

Eligibility

Law graduates with 5–7 years of PQE.
Mandatory prior experience in the energy sector.
Experience in regulatory advisory and energy-sector litigation.
Ability to appear before regulatory authorities and courts.

Salary/Stipend
