Details of the Job/Internship

Bridge Counsels is hiring for the position of Engagement Strategist with 4-5 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted relationships with domestic and international clients.
• Coordinate client meetings, events, and workshops, ensuring flawless execution.
• Manage follow-ups and stakeholder communications proactively and professionally.
• Draft proposals, correspondence, and presentations of the highest quality.
• Support the onboarding of new engagements, including foreign companies setting up in India.
• Operate as part of the extended legal department for client organizations.
• Oversee practice assurance activities—scheduling, coordination, and communication flows.
• Contribute to Bridge Counsels’ digital presence (e.g., LinkedIn updates, thought leadership, engagement).

Eligibility

• 4–5 years’ experience in professional services, client engagement, or executive/strategic support.
• MBA preferred (or strong business administration background).
• Legal exposure (law degree or prior experience in a law firm or GC’s office) strongly valued.
• Excellent spoken and written English; confident and polished communicator.
• Tech-savvy: proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace, CRM tools, and LinkedIn.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional maturity to handle client-facing interactions and internal assurance tasks.

Salary/Stipend
