Alternis Ita (AI) Legal Partners is hiring an Entry-Level Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join their corporate law practice in Pratap Nagar, Jaipur.
Eligibility
- Law graduate or early-career professional with 0–2 years of PQE.
Prior exposure through internships or roles in:
- Contract drafting and vetting (NDAs, vendor agreements, shareholder agreements, etc.).
- Company incorporation and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Legal due diligence for corporate transactions.
- M&A, private equity, or startup advisory work.
- Basic understanding of FEMA, FDI regulations, and SEBI guidelines (preferred, not mandatory).
- Legal research and opinion writing.
Skills:
- Good legal drafting and research skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate.
