Yash Enviro Tech India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Environmental Legel Executive to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
The role involves ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, drafting and reviewing legal documentation, representing the company before regulatory and judicial bodies, and advising on environmental law matters. Responsibilities also include liaising with government authorities, conducting in-depth legal research, and supporting the development and implementation of company-wide environmental policies and procedures.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of environmental laws, rules, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents.
- Ability to represent the company in legal and regulatory proceedings.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
