Details of the Job/Internship

Flipkart is hiring a Compliance Testing & Monitoring Specialist – Antitrust with 5–7 years of experience to strengthen its compliance and risk management function.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing and monitoring frameworks for antitrust compliance.
• Conduct detailed assessments and audits of compliance controls to evaluate their effectiveness.
• Identify gaps, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on implementation.
• Review policies, procedures, and operations to assess compliance with antitrust regulations.
• Maintain documentation of testing results, audit findings, and corrective measures.
• Prepare clear, concise reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of mitigation strategies and compliance KPIs.
• Stay informed on updates to antitrust laws, compliance trends, and regulatory expectations.
• Support management in reporting and presenting compliance outcomes.
• Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc compliance initiatives.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in compliance control testing or monitoring.
• Certifications such as CCEP or CISA preferred.
• Knowledge of antitrust and competition law (domestic and international) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance or audit tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
