Details of the Job/Internship

Titan Company Limited is hiring for the position of Ethics Manager with 11+ years of experience to join their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Ethics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing ethical standards and policies within the organization. Daily tasks include advising on ethical matters, conducting ethics training sessions, handling compliance issues, and promoting a culture of integrity and transparency.

Eligibility

• 11+yrs of experience in ethics.
• Ethical decision-making and advisory skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing ethics policies.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Ethics, Business Ethics, Law, or related fields.
