MS Agarwal Foundries Pvt Ltd is looking for a candidate for the position of Ethics officer to join them at their office in Naidupeta.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, implementing, and managing the company’s ethics and compliance programs.
- Support the development of policies and procedures that promote ethical behavior.
- Assist in investigating allegations of misconduct, fraud, or violations of company policies.
- Coordinate with legal and HR departments to ensure fair and thorough resolution of issues.
- Organize regular training sessions on ethics, compliance, and corporate values for employees.
- Develop communication materials to raise awareness about the company’s code of conduct and reporting mechanisms.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Monitor ethical risks and report any breaches to the senior management.
- Maintain records of all reported violations and follow up on investigations.

Eligibility
- Experience: 5+ years in ethics, compliance, or a related role, preferably in the steel manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of ethical principles, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management tools.
