Details of the Job/Internship
LawSikho is hiring an Evaluation Specialist with 3–4 years of experience to join their remote team. The role involves evaluating assignments, providing detailed feedback, mentoring students, and supporting their professional growth through structured learning and guidance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Evaluate students’ assignments and provide detailed written feedback.
- Conduct 20 evaluations daily during probation and 35–40 evaluations post-probation.
- Attend to students’ doubts and guide them through calls.
- Help students improve drafting, editing, and practical legal skills.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain evaluation standards.
- Support the company’s mission of training young lawyers from tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
- Participate in live classes, simulation exercises, and feedback sessions to enhance learner outcomes.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with 3–4 years of experience in contracts, compliance, or litigation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and mentoring skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Self-disciplined, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Passionate about helping young lawyers improve and succeed.
- Comfortable working remotely with a distributed global team.
