Details of the Job/Internship

Tata Communications is hiring an Executive – Corporate Legal with 6 months to 3 years of experience to join their Legal Services Group in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and procurement-related contracts.
• Prepare and vet NDAs, SOWs, purchase orders, and order form terms.
• Provide legal support to business and procurement teams for documentation and risk mitigation.
• Review RFPs and tenders to identify legal risks.
• Assist with corporate legal and administrative matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficient legal operations.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in commercial contract law (corporate or law firm setting).
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
