Details of the Job/Internship
LotusFlare is hiring an Executive - Legal & CS with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and filing of statutory forms and documents with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
- Advise and collaborate with stakeholders on corporate compliance matters and oversee their implementation.
- Maintain statutory registers and records as required under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.
- Support the organization of Board, General, and committee meetings, including drafting notices and minutes.
- Organize and maintain legal and corporate files, master trackers, and essential documentation.
- Contribute to legal and compliance strategies during internal meetings.
- Assist the legal head with research and the drafting and review of various contracts.
- Handle administrative tasks as assigned by the department head or reporting manager.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) combined with a qualified Company Secretary (CS) degree.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a combined Legal and CS role.
- Strong understanding of legal principles, terminology, and governance requirements.
- Well-versed in corporate secretarial matters and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently or in a team.
