Blink Digital is hiring an Executive – Legal with over 2 years of experience to join their office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including vendor, client service, and licensing agreements.
- Manage contract lifecycle, renewals, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with advertising, privacy, IP, and digital media regulations.
- Develop and implement legal and regulatory policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
- Assist in managing legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel.
- Guide clients and vendors on legal queries and compliance matters.
- Support internal departments with legal advice.
- Conduct legal research on advertising and IP-related issues.
- Maintain organized legal documentation and records.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Minimum 2 years of legal experience, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, IP rights, data privacy laws, and advertising regulations.
- Proficient in legal research and contract management tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
