Details of the Job/Internship

Asian Paints is hiring an Executive N - Legal to join its Corporate Finance team in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize property and business contracts including lease deeds, license agreements, and warranties.
• Conduct property checks, due diligence, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Maintain contract repositories, MIS reports, and manage renewals and registrations.
• Provide legal advice to internal teams and act as a liaison with external consultants and law firms.
• Conduct legal research and support cross-border compliance matters.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate legal procedures, and property documentation.
• Experience in due diligence, drafting, and negotiations.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and handle end-to-end legal transactions.
