Details of the Job/Internship
Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan attorneys is hiring an executive assistant with 6-15 years of experience to join them in Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
Calendar Management
- Maintain the partner's calendar by scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the partner's availability and business priorities.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Serve as a point of contact between the partner and stakeholders.
- Manage the partner's incoming and outgoing communication, including screening calls, emails, and letters, and drafting responses, ensuring that all calls are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Draft and proofread emails, and other written materials on behalf of the partner.
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
Travel Management
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of partner travel, including domestic and international flights, accommodations, ground. transportation, and necessary travel arrangements (Forex/Visa).
- Monitor travel expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness while meeting partner’s travel needs.
Data and Expense Management
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and ensure that all documents and correspondence are properly safeguarded.
- Prepare expense reports & ensure that all expenses are in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Meeting Coordination
- Assist in organizing team meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Manage team calendars and schedules, including arranging appointments & meetings and circulate them to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and other relevant documents.
- Attend meetings, when necessary, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Monthly Reports
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by the partner, using a variety of tools and applications.
- Prepare excel reports regarding travel booking and other record keeping as required.
General Admin Support
- Provide general administrative support and perform other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments as needed.
Eligibility
- Any bachelor’s degree with 6-15 Years of relevant work experience.
- International travel management experience is must
- Proven experience in calendar & travel management, expense coordination, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of travel regulations and visa requirements is a plus.
Salary/Stipend
Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
